Its easy simply E mail your plans and any other relevant project documents to us.

What We Require

• Existing and proposed floor plans

• Existing and proposed elevation drawings

• Any other project information

All drawings should be sent as Adobe pdf files be to a recognised metric scale, for example: 1:50 or 1:100

Stage 2.

Receive Quotation

We will provide you with a fixed priced quotation for producing your estimate.

We also send.

• List of any questions relating to the project

• Profit Margin Uplift %

• Labour rates.

We will also advise on the turnaround time for the estimate. Standard estimates are 5* working days.

Stage 3.

Make Payment

Upon acceptance of the quotation, we will send across our invoice for payment.

• BACS / Bank transfer to details provided on the invoice

• Credit / Debit Card Via our secure payment system.

Estimates will not be started until payment has been received and cleared, this will determine the return time for the estimate.

Stage 4.

Receive Estimate

Within 5 working days* your estimate report will be e mailed back to you

What You Receive.

You will receive the following information;

• Detailed Estimate in PDF Format / Excel if required

• Labour Rate breakdown summary.

• Preliminaries Summary Included.

• A list of provisional sum items and estimate qualifications.

*This is based on standard non bespoke projects and estimates may be returned after the 5 working days as stated..
